Windows 10 bit platform not listed Get answers about using the current release of MediaMonkey for Windows.

Search Advanced search. When I selected “Download”, I did not see Windows 10 bit listed under “platform”. I did a search, and didn’t find where this had been discussed before, which I thought was odd. Also, I previously read about a beta version which fixes, among other things, the “duplicate files” issue. Has this beta version been test driven enough by the “power users” that it can be considered stable enough to start with? If the beta version is recommended, can I start with the beta version, or do I have to “upgrade” later.

I already have more questions once I get MediaMonkey installed, but I need to get it installed first! Thanks, HippieMonkey Is this a cool user name or what! Re: Windows 10 bit platform not listed Post by dtsig » Sun Feb 19, am There is no 64bit version.

I think the beta is good enough to use.. I successfully downloaded MediaMonkey Gold Lifetime, installed it, and input my user name and key code.

Before I did, I did some more digging about supported platforms. This is where I got nervous about spending my money for a product that may not be supported for my operating system. I think that it is supported, but not listed on the “platforms” row. I wrote a nicely written reply, but when I previewed and posted, it seems to have disappeared into the ethos. Note that Windows 10 isn’t on the list. I think Windows 10 is supported, just not listed in the platform list. If this is true, MediaMonkey staff should add to platform list.

Unsuccessful “Successfully posted” Post by HippieMonkey » Sun Feb 19, pm Ok, for a second time I have submitted a post, received a message saying that it was successfully posted, and then not appeared.

MM user since lifetime lic. ZvezdanD’s scripts site others: Adv. I was pretty sure that I had not spent my MM Gold Lifetime membership fee in vane, and your reply now has me feeling confident that it was a good purchase.

This is not meant as a criticism of the MM staff. To me, this means that MM must be doing far more right than wrong. I know that it is a very powerful tool, but along with that comes a lot to learn! I’m sure that my feeling of being overwhelmed will subside over time. I hope that you, the MM staff, and our fellow forum members will have patience with me during my MM learning journey.

I recently submitted 2 posts, got the message that it was successfully submitted, and wondered what was going on when they did not appear in the forum. When I went back and read the “successful post” message, I saw that it also said that a moderator must approve before it actually shows up in the forum. My bad! I feel as if I am drinking from a fire hose, and occasionally miss some of it!

Re: Windows 10 bit platform not listed Post by Lowlander » Mon Feb 20, pm New users often need posts approved by a moderator to prevent spam bots from spamming up the forum.

Lowlander MediaMonkey user since My posts have now started appearing essentially instantaneously. I think that I have been identified as not spam just a newbie nuisance!

I’m sorry about initial annoyance and delays due to an approval, but unfortunately we needed to make tings that way due the very increased spam attempts. As noted you passed non spammer test and we welcome you and everything you can throw at us. I understand about the delay in me getting approved as not spam I’ll be fine!
